Small but mighty! This place packs a wealth of information in a compact space. Having been to some big geological and natural history museums, I admit I was pretty skeptical when we pulled into the parking area. But I was immediately blown away by how thoughtful and clever the space was used to deliver a hard hitting punch of geological and natural history education. Dont miss this!

Was a great visit. Small museum and geared towards a younger crowd. They have a nice gift shop that has many different rocks from around the bay of fundy (lots of amethyst), local books, kids toys, rock tumblers, photos, etc.The museum is all basically on one level and does not take much time to go through. They have a geology lab with a viewing window so kids can see geologists working on artifacts.

This was honestly one of the best tour experiences Ive ever had. The museum is small, but truly outstanding. The staff was helpful and enthusiastic. The beach tour was amazing. We had 2 guides, and they pointed out many fossils, minerals, and shared the fascinating geological history of the region with us. I felt they went above and beyond the description of the tour, and their passion for their field of expertise really showed. I would recommend the beach tour to anyone who wants to know more about the fascinating history of this area! Besides, walking on the ocean floor is beyond cool!!!

Very nice! But VERY small. We were in the area and stopped in. I really enjoyed it, but had I actually made the trip solely for the purpose of visiting the museum, I would have been disappointed

A great little museum with a wealth of educational content! The museum has changed over the years and I appreciate the latest update! They have enough appeal for all ages ( a craft activity station for kids and a dinosaur dig sand pit) and dinosaur decor everywhere! There is a location where you can watch fossils being prepared and they have a beach tour as well! You can also go out to their dig site a few times in the summer but the prices are quite steep.Gift-shop has a lot of fun things but I wish they had more personalized items ( such as shirts featuring the local dinosaurs, not generic shirts with the museum name printed on the sleeve)
